Ed and Terri lead a full-time team of professionals that includes three Buyer Specialists, a Marketing Manager, an Administrative Coordinator, and two additional Assistants to ensure seamless client service and top-tier marketing.

Ed and Terri are the founders of RE/MAX on the Emerald Coast and personally established the first three RE/MAX offices on the Emerald Coast. Today, they own and operate RE/MAX Coastal Properties in Destin.

In addition, Ed is a Professional Standards Committee Member, where he adjudicates matters involving ethics, professional conduct, and arbitration. He also serves as an expert witness in real-estate disputes, providing testimony through depositions and at trial.

Ed and Terri have been featured speakers at numerous real estate functions nationally and internationally and have published many articles, including two books, on real estate related subjects.

Ed is a native Texan who studied business in Dallas, Texas before moving to the Emerald Coast in 1977. Terri’s dad was an Air Force Colonel stationed at Eglin AFB who flew B-52s and moved the family to the area in 1962. Ed and Terri are avid boaters who enjoy boat trips and off-shore fishing. In pursuit of his favorite hobby, Ed earned his USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s License!

Ed and Terri reside in Destin and attend St. Mary’s Church. Their son William is married with two beautiful children and is the managing partner of a law firm in Colorado.
