Ed Smith and Terri Smith, Broker-Owners of RE/MAX Coastal Properties, have been helping buyers, sellers, investors, and second-home owners navigate the Destin and Emerald Coast real estate market since 1987. Together, they have overseen more than $2 billion in Emerald Coast real estate sales while building one of Northwest Florida’s most experienced and respected real estate brokerages.

Ed moved to Destin in 1977, giving Ed and Terri nearly five decades of firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, waterfront developments, and market trends that have shaped the Emerald Coast. In 1990, they opened the first RE/MAX office in the Destin area and have remained active leaders in the local real estate industry ever since.
