Ed and Terri have over 30 years of successful, local real estate experience. They are both licensed real estate brokers, as well as having earned the professional designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representatives), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Experts), and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Specialists).

Ed and Terri are founders of RE/MAX on the Emerald Coast and personally opened all three of the first RE/MAX offices in Destin and Fort Walton Beach. They currently own RE/MAX Coastal Properties in Destin. They have been honored by RE/MAX of Florida with the Outstanding Achievement Award and also as Florida Broker/Owners of the year.

Ed is a native Texan who moved to the Emerald Coast from Dallas in 1977. Terri’s dad was an Air Force Colonel stationed at Eglin AFB and moved to the area in 1962!
